Regulisty 使用 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅 Qwen，AI 請求經新加坡（Singapore）區域接入。按供應商文件，相關靜態資料儲存喺新加坡；AI 推理運算則按 International 範圍分配，可能喺新加坡以外、但中國內地以外嘅節點進行。
Regulisty 係一個結合地點提醒同 AI 整理嘅待辦事項 App。呢份政策具體講明我哋收咩、唔收咩、資料去咗邊。
三件最重要嘅事：
- 你嘅任務、清單同消費記錄主要儲存喺你部裝置；只有當你主動使用 AI 功能時，該次分析所需嘅內容先會按第 3 節傳送處理。
- 購物雷達嘅位置比對只喺裝置上進行；當你主動使用 Nearby Explore，反向地理編碼所得嘅地點／街道名稱，或有需要時約略至小數點後 3 位嘅座標，會按第 3 節傳送處理。
- 我哋唔會做廣告追蹤、唔會賣資料、冇廣告，亦冇產品使用分析；Crashlytics 只收集程式崩潰同穩定性診斷資料。
1. 只留喺你部裝置嘅資料
除咗你主動提交俾第 3 節 AI 功能嗰次請求所需內容，以下資料儲存喺你部 iPhone 本機，我哋接觸唔到：
- 任務內容、備註、清單、日期時間、重複設定
- 任務綁定嘅地點座標
- 消費記錄（金額、時間、地點）
- 家／公司地址同座標（儲存喺 iOS Keychain）
- 通勤路線學習資料、雷達診斷記錄
- App 設定（主題、語言、提醒偏好）
因為呢啲資料只喺本機，我哋冇能力幫你復原。設定頁提供「匯出我的資料」功能，換機或重置前請自行備份。
2. 儲存喺我哋伺服器嘅資料
我哋使用 Supabase 託管帳戶、用量及部分 AI 請求可靠性資料。

我哋儲存喺 Supabase 嘅 AI 用量記錄只記錄請求嘅類型同數量，唔會記錄你輸入嘅內容。上表列出嘅有限 AI 產生結果及去重資料係獨立嘅可靠性 cache，唔屬於用量記錄。
3. AI 功能：Qwen 與新加坡（Singapore）區域
當你主動使用 AI 功能（任務分析、清單建議、相片辨識、時間表擷取、語音整理、Nearby Explore），以下內容會經我哋嘅 Supabase Edge Functions 轉送去 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅 Qwen（目前為 Qwen 3.7 Flash），經新加坡（Singapore）區域接入，並按其 International 服務部署範圍處理：
- 你輸入或要求分析嘅文字，包括任務標題、詳情同清單內容
- 你主動揀選要分析嘅相片或文件影像；影像可能包含可見姓名、工作更表、課程表或其他個人資料
- 更表分析時偵測到嘅姓名，以及你揀選要提取嘅人物姓名
- 任務嘅時間資訊（開始時間、時區、是否全日）
- 你查詢嘅店舖／地點名稱
- Nearby Explore 使用嘅目前時間，以及反向地理編碼所得嘅地點／街道名稱；如果未能取得可用名稱，會傳送約略至小數點後 3 位嘅緯度及經度
唔會自動傳送：你喺設定儲存嘅家／公司地址與座標、消費記錄、其他任務內容、聯絡人、日曆內容。Nearby Explore 嘅位置資料只會喺你主動使用該功能時，按上面列明嘅方式傳送。
AI 請求內容會由你所在地跨境傳送到 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅新加坡（Singapore）區域。按供應商嘅新加坡地區文件，相關靜態資料儲存喺新加坡；推理運算可喺 International 範圍內、中國內地以外嘅其他地區節點進行。Alibaba Cloud 表示，除非另外取得同意，唔會使用你提交嘅內容開發或改善 Model Studio 模型。資料處理亦受 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅現行服務條款及私隱安排規管。
AI 產生嘅建議僅供參考，可能有錯漏。請自行判斷後再行動。
4. 位置資料
Regulisty 需要「永遠」位置權限，因為購物雷達要喺 App 喺背景時偵測你靠近目標店舖。位置嘅處理方式：
- 購物雷達嘅座標只喺你部裝置上運算，用嚟同任務地點做距離比對，唔會傳送去我哋伺服器或任何 AI 服務
- 當你主動使用 Nearby Explore，反向地理編碼所得嘅地點／街道名稱，或有需要時約略至小數點後 3 位嘅座標，會按第 3 節傳送
- 附近店舖搜尋使用 Apple 地圖（MapKit）；搜尋請求由你部裝置直接發出，受 Apple 私隱政策規管
- 動態與健身資料只用嚟判斷你係步行定乘車，避免搭車經過時發出錯誤提醒，同樣只喺本機處理
你可以喺 iOS 設定隨時關閉位置權限；關閉後地點提醒功能會停止運作，其他功能不受影響。
5. 其他權限
- 麥克風與語音辨識：用嚟將語音轉成任務文字。語音辨識由 Apple 提供，錄音內容可能會傳送到 Apple 伺服器處理，受 Apple 私隱政策規管。我哋唔會儲存你嘅錄音。
- 行事曆：只喺你啟用同步時，將任務寫入你嘅系統行事曆。我哋唔會讀取或上傳你原有嘅行事曆內容。
- 相片：使用 iOS 相片選擇器，我哋接觸唔到你整個相片圖庫，只會收到你主動揀選嗰張相。
- 文件掃描：文字辨識（OCR）喺你部裝置本機完成；如果你再選擇 AI 時間表／更表分析，所選文件影像會按第 3 節傳送。

我哋冇使用產品分析、廣告或跨 App 追蹤 SDK。App 已明確停用 Firebase Analytics；Firebase Crashlytics 只用嚟診斷崩潰同穩定性問題。
7. 兒童
Regulisty 唔係為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我哋唔會刻意收集兒童資料。
8. 資料保留與刪除
- 本機資料：解除安裝 App 即刪除；亦可喺設定頁「重置所有本地數據」。
- 伺服器資料：設定頁「永久刪除帳戶」會刪除你嘅帳戶及相關記錄。
- AI 結果／去重 cache：只按防止重複請求、支援安全重播、額度結算同故障復原嘅運作需要保留；實際時間視乎相關功能嘅 cache 生命週期。
- 基於防止濫用同會計需要，訂閱交易記錄會保留一段時間，但唔會包含你嘅電郵或帳戶識別碼。
- Firebase Crashlytics 會保留崩潰診斷資料同相關安裝識別碼 90 日，之後開始從運作中及備份系統移除。
9. 你嘅權利
你可以隨時匯出、更正或刪除你嘅資料。如需協助或查詢，請聯絡 support@regulisty.com。
10. 政策更新
政策如有重大變更，我哋會更新本頁嘅生效日期，並喺 App 內告知。
Regulisty Privacy Policy
Qwen AI · Singapore access servers
Regulisty uses Qwen from Alibaba Cloud Model Studio through the Singapore region. According to the provider, related static data is stored in Singapore. AI inference uses its International deployment scope and may run outside Singapore, on nodes outside Chinese mainland.
Regulisty is a to-do app that combines location reminders with AI organisation. This policy states specifically what we collect, what we do not, and where data goes.
The three things that matter most:
- Your tasks, lists, and expense records are primarily stored on your device. Content needed for a particular AI request is transmitted for processing only when you actively use an AI feature, as described in section 3.
- Shopping Radar location matching takes place only on your device. When you actively use Nearby Explore, the reverse-geocoded place or street name—or, when needed, coordinates rounded to approximately three decimal places—is transmitted as described in section 3.
- We do no advertising tracking, no data selling, no advertising, and no product-usage analytics. Crashlytics collects crash and stability diagnostics only.
1. Data that stays on your device
Except for content needed for an AI request that you actively submit under section 3, the following is stored locally on your iPhone and is not accessible to us:
- Task content, notes, checklists, dates, and recurrence settings
- Coordinates attached to a task
- Expense records (amount, time, place)
- Home and work addresses and coordinates (stored in the iOS Keychain)
- Commute route learning data and radar diagnostics
- App settings (theme, language, reminder preferences)
Because this data is local only, we cannot recover it for you. Settings includes an “Export My Data” option — please back up before switching phones or resetting.
2. Data stored on our servers
We use Supabase to host account, usage, and limited AI request reliability data.

The AI usage records we store in Supabase capture the type and volume of requests only — never the content you entered. The limited generated results and deduplication data listed above are held in separate reliability caches, not in usage records.
3. AI features: Qwen and the Singapore region
When you actively use an AI feature (task analysis, checklist suggestions, photo recognition, timetable extraction, voice capture, or Nearby Explore), the following is relayed through our Supabase Edge Functions to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen (currently Qwen 3.7 Flash) through its Singapore region and processed under its International service deployment scope:
- Text you entered or asked us to analyse, including task titles, details, and checklist content
- A photo or document image you chose to analyse; an image may contain visible names, work rosters, timetables, or other personal data
- Names detected during roster analysis and the name of the person you select for extraction
- Task timing information (start time, time zone, all-day flag)
- The shop or place name you asked about
- For Nearby Explore, the current time and a reverse-geocoded place or street name; if a usable name is unavailable, latitude and longitude rounded to approximately three decimal places
Not sent automatically: the home or work address and coordinates saved in Settings, expense records, other tasks, contacts, or calendar contents. Nearby Explore location data is transmitted only when you actively use that feature, in the form described above.
AI request content is transferred across borders from your location to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Singapore region. Its Singapore region documentation states that related static data stays in Singapore; inference may run in other regions within the International scope, outside Chinese mainland. Alibaba Cloud states that it does not use submitted content to develop or improve Model Studio models unless separate consent is provided. Processing is also governed by the current Alibaba Cloud Model Studio service terms and privacy arrangements.
AI suggestions are for reference only and may be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgement before acting on them.
4. Location data
Regulisty requests “Always” location access because the shopping radar must detect that you are near a target shop while the app is in the background. Location is handled as follows:
- Shopping Radar coordinates are evaluated entirely on your device to compare your position against task locations, and are not sent to our servers or any AI service
- When you actively use Nearby Explore, the reverse-geocoded place or street name—or, when needed, coordinates rounded to approximately three decimal places—is transmitted as described in section 3
- Nearby shop lookup uses Apple Maps (MapKit); those searches are issued directly from your device and are governed by Apple’s privacy policy
- Motion and fitness data is used only to tell walking from riding, so you are not alerted while passing a shop in a vehicle. It is also processed on device
You can turn off location access at any time in iOS Settings. Location reminders will stop working; other features are unaffected.
5. Other permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition: used to turn speech into task text. Recognition is provided by Apple, and audio may be sent to Apple’s servers for processing under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not store your recordings.
- Calendar: only writes your tasks into your system calendar when you enable syncing. We do not read or upload your existing calendar contents.
- Photos: we use the iOS photo picker, so we cannot see your photo library — only the specific image you choose.
- Document scanning: text recognition (OCR) runs locally on your device. If you then choose AI timetable or roster analysis, the selected document images are transmitted as described in section 3.
6. Third-party services

We use no product analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking SDKs. Firebase Analytics is explicitly disabled; Firebase Crashlytics is used only to diagnose crashes and stability issues.
7. Children
Regulisty is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Retention and deletion
- Local data: deleted when you uninstall the app, or via “Reset all local data” in Settings.
- Server data: “Permanently delete account” in Settings removes your account and its related records.
- AI result and deduplication caches: retained only as operationally needed to prevent duplicate requests, support safe replay, settle quotas, and recover from failures; the period depends on the relevant feature's cache lifecycle.
- Subscription transaction records are retained for a period for abuse prevention and accounting, without your email or account identifier.
- Firebase Crashlytics retains crash diagnostics and related installation identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
9. Your rights

If we make a material change we will update the effective date on this page and notify you in the app.
