Regulisty 使用 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅 Qwen，AI 請求經新加坡（Singapore）區域接入。按供應商文件，相關靜態資料儲存喺新加坡；AI 推理運算則按 International 範圍分配，可能喺新加坡以外、但中國內地以外嘅節點進行。
下載、安裝或使用 Regulisty（下稱「本 App」），即表示你同意本條款。如果你唔同意，請停止使用並移除本 App。
1. 服務內容
本 App 提供待辦事項管理、地點提醒（購物雷達）、行事曆同步、消費記錄，以及可選用嘅 AI 輔助整理功能。
2. 帳戶
- 部分功能可以喺訪客模式試用，次數有限。
- 訂閱 Premium 必須使用已註冊帳戶（Email、Apple 或 Google 登入）。
- 你有責任保管你嘅登入憑證，並對你帳戶下嘅活動負責。
3. Premium 訂閱
- 方案名稱：Regulisty Premium（每月自動續訂）
- 週期：一個月，自動續訂
- 價格：以你所在地區 App Store 於購買時顯示嘅價格為準
- 內容：相比免費方案提供更高嘅每日 AI 使用額度。實際可用量以 App 內顯示，以及為咗系統穩定而設嘅安全上限為準。
付款會喺確認購買時向你嘅 Apple ID 帳戶收取。除非你喺當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消，否則訂閱會自動續訂，並喺當期結束前 24 小時內收取續期費用。
你可以隨時喺 iOS 嘅「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱」管理或取消訂閱。移除本 App 或刪除 Regulisty 帳戶並不會取消訂閱。
所有付款、退款同爭議均由 Apple 按照 App Store 條款處理，我哋無法直接為你退款。
4. 免費額度與合理使用
免費方案設有每日 AI 使用次數限制。無論免費定 Premium，我哋都會實施防止濫用嘅技術限制（例如速率限制、每日成本上限）。如果偵測到自動化、大量或異常使用，我哋可以暫時或永久限制相關帳戶。
5. 使用限制
你唔可以：
- 逆向工程、反編譯本 App，或繞過任何技術保護措施
- 未經授權存取我哋嘅伺服器或 API
- 利用 AI 功能產生違法、侵權、騷擾或有害內容
- 轉售、出租或以其他方式商業化本 App 嘅存取權
6. AI 功能免責
AI 建議由 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅 Qwen 模型（目前為 Qwen 3.7 Flash）產生，可能出現錯誤、遺漏或不準確嘅資訊，包括但不限於姓名、工作更期、日期、時間、營業時間、地點、價格、行程估算同清單建議。匯入時間表或更表前，請核對原始文件同所有項目。
當你主動使用 AI 功能，相關文字、相片、文件影像、偵測到或揀選嘅姓名，以及 Nearby Explore 所需嘅位置資料，會按私隱權政策經我哋嘅伺服器轉送到 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio 嘅 Qwen 新加坡（Singapore）接入伺服器，並按其 International 服務部署範圍處理。如果你提交嘅內容包含其他人嘅個人資料，你確認你有權提交該內容，並已取得任何適用法律所需嘅同意。
AI 輸出唔構成專業意見（醫療、法律、財務或安全方面）。請自行判斷及核實後再行動。
7. 地點提醒免責
地點提醒依賴 iOS 系統嘅背景定位、地理圍欄同通知服務，會受以下因素影響：GPS 訊號、裝置電量與省電模式、系統資源調度、網絡狀況、權限設定，以及 iOS 對背景執行嘅限制。
我哋唔保證每次提醒都會準時送達或必定送達。請勿將本 App 用作醫療、安全或其他關鍵用途嘅唯一提醒方式。
8. 你嘅資料與備份
你嘅任務、清單同消費記錄只儲存喺你部裝置，唔會上傳到我哋伺服器。因此：
- 我哋無法為你復原遺失嘅本機資料
- 更換裝置、重置 App 或移除安裝之前，請使用設定頁嘅「匯出我的資料」自行備份

9. 知識產權
本 App 及其內容（不包括你自己建立嘅資料）之所有權利歸營運者所有。本條款只授予你一項有限、不可轉讓、非獨佔嘅個人使用授權。
你建立嘅任務、清單同筆記屬於你。
10. 服務變更與終止
我哋可以隨時修改、暫停或終止本 App 之全部或部分功能。如果我哋終止你嘅帳戶而你並無違反本條款，你可以就未使用嘅訂閱期間向 Apple 申請退款。
11. 免責聲明與責任限制
本 App 按「現狀」提供，喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，我哋不作任何明示或默示保證，包括適售性、特定用途適用性或不侵權。
喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，我哋對任何間接、附帶、後果性損失（包括錯過提醒、錯過行程、資料遺失或利潤損失）概不負責。我哋嘅總責任上限為你喺索償事件發生前 12 個月內就本 App 實際支付嘅金額。
本條款不會排除依適用法律不可排除嘅消費者權利。
12. 適用法律
本條款受 Hong Kong SAR 法律管轄。
13. 條款更新
條款如有變更，我哋會更新本頁生效日期。重大變更會喺 App 內通知。變更後繼續使用即表示接受新條款。

Regulisty uses Qwen from Alibaba Cloud Model Studio through the Singapore region. According to the provider, related static data is stored in Singapore. AI inference uses its International deployment scope and may run outside Singapore, on nodes outside Chinese mainland.
By downloading, installing, or using Regulisty (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and remove the App.
1. What the App does
The App provides to-do management, location reminders (shopping radar), calendar syncing, expense logging, and optional AI-assisted organisation.
2. Accounts
- Some features can be tried in guest mode, with a limited number of uses.
- A registered account (email, Apple, or Google sign-in) is required to subscribe to Premium.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Premium subscription
- Plan: Regulisty Premium (monthly, auto-renewing)
- Length: one month, automatically renewing
- Price: as shown in the App Store for your region at the time of purchase
- What it provides: a higher daily AI usage allowance than the free plan. Actual availability is as displayed in the App and subject to safety limits that protect service stability.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Regulisty account does not cancel the subscription.
All payments, refunds, and disputes are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Free allowance and fair use
The free plan has a daily limit on AI usage. On both free and Premium plans we apply technical abuse controls such as rate limits and daily cost ceilings. If we detect automated, bulk, or abnormal usage, we may temporarily or permanently restrict the account involved.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App, or bypass any technical protection
- Access our servers or APIs without authorisation
- Use the AI features to produce unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content
- Resell, rent, or otherwise commercialise access to the App
6. AI disclaimer
AI suggestions are generated by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen model (currently Qwen 3.7 Flash) and may be wrong, incomplete, or inaccurate — including names, work shifts, dates, times, opening hours, locations, prices, travel estimates, and checklist suggestions. Check the source document and every item before importing a timetable or roster.
When you actively use an AI feature, related text, photos, document images, detected or selected names, and location data needed for Nearby Explore are relayed through our server to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen access servers in Singapore and processed under its International service deployment scope, as described in the Privacy Policy. If submitted content contains another person's personal data, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and have obtained any consent required by applicable law.
AI output is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or safety). Verify before acting on it.
7. Location reminder disclaimer
Location reminders depend on iOS background location, geofencing, and notification services, and are affected by GPS signal, battery level and Low Power Mode, system resource scheduling, network conditions, permission settings, and iOS limits on background execution.
We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, or delivered on time. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder for medical, safety, or otherwise critical purposes.
8. Your data and backups
Your tasks, lists, and expense records are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. As a result:
- We cannot recover lost local data for you
- Before changing device, resetting the App, or uninstalling, use “Export My Data” in Settings to back up

9. Intellectual property
All rights in the App and its contents (excluding data you create) belong to the operator. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use.
The tasks, lists, and notes you create belong to you.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. If we terminate your account when you have not breached these terms, you may request a refund from Apple for the unused portion of your subscription.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed reminders, missed appointments, lost data, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the effective date on this page, and notify you in the app for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
